The role of Business Development Leader is critical to our organization's growth strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sustainable business development plan that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies, pitch decks, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Manage and maintain existing business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a strong background in industry-specific knowledge.
Expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and analysis.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customers.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Fluency in English language is required.
