Business Growth Executive - Strategic Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Executive to drive strategic sales and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders. This role requires a proven track record in achieving annual quotas exceeding US$5M, as well as strong business acumen and experience selling through or with partners and alliances.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment selling software and solutions in complex business environments. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, able to operate effectively at all levels within the customer organization, including senior management or CXO level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to accelerate growth and achieve targets.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMER STAKEHOLDERS AND DECISION MAKERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT DRIVE GROWTH.
  3. Work collaboratively with sales support teams to create and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  4. Identify opportunities for innovation and provide unique perspectives to customers on how our solutions can help them maintain or grow their competitive advantage.
  5. Achieve sales quota and profitability targets, forecast accuracy, and strategic customer objectives defined by management.
Requirements
  • Business degree qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment selling software and solutions in complex business environments.
  • Proven track record in achieving annual quotas exceeding US$5M.
  • Strong business technical and business acumen, experience selling through or with partners and alliances, and strong executive presence including relationship building and interpersonal communications.
