About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development professional to drive sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and expand our presence in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales pipeline that delivers above-market growth while managing priorities and challenges.
  • Meet and overachieve revenue objectives by providing market intelligence feedback and supporting business planning processes.
  • Identify commercial leads, elaborate client proposals, negotiate offers, execute sales, and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, simplify complex deals, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in sales and business development of L/S-Band based satellite solutions into key target M2M markets.
  • Must have developed new business across Australia and have a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, strong prospecting skills, and excellent professional sales and presentation skills.
  • Successful track record of exceeding targets, self-motivated, and able to execute strategic initiatives autonomously.
  • Ability to design and implement a business development strategy aligned with overall corporate goals and manage external account projects.
  • Strong written, communication, and organizational skills, with a university education in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant area.
