- Certificate IV in Business or Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
