Role Overview:

In the capacity of Sales Director, you will spearhead the growth of our brand and media owner business, collaborating closely with our leadership team. This role is designed for an individual contributor who will utilize their extensive media and platform sales expertise to cultivate a robust client portfolio, while also paving the way for career advancement in the SaaS sector, ultimately positioning yourself as a leader in the evolving landscape of marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders through insightful, value-driven presentations, navigating the complexities of enterprise software sales.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the advertising, marketing, and data sectors to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Champion a customer-centric philosophy, focusing on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and open dialogue within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with media agencies, possessing established senior-level connections within the marketing and advertising domain.
  • Extensive sales background in platform or SaaS environments, preferably linked to marketing and advertising.
  • Ability to balance the demands of media agencies while maintaining strong direct client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of data collaboration, identity solutions, and programmatic technologies.
  • Experience working within a compact team as part of a larger global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in articulating complex sales propositions, with a proven track record in proposal writing, financial analysis, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Exemplary traits of honesty, trustworthiness, positivity, resilience, and determination.
  • A blend of humility, humor, ethics, and approachability.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary complemented by attractive OTE potential, superannuation contributions, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays). Additionally, there is an opportunity to receive share options.

This position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
