Position Overview: In this comprehensive sales role, you will adopt a "land and expand" strategy within enterprise-level organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage 10 to 20 existing client accounts, focusing on fostering these relationships and enhancing partnerships. You will also connect with up to 100 prospective clients through innovative, value-driven outreach, introducing them to our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement territory strategies to maximize revenue potential across a diverse set of accounts in the ANZ region, both virtually and in-person.
- Manage a sales territory comprising 10-20 customers and 100 prospects, totaling up to 150 accounts.
- Attract new clients by promoting and expanding the use of Dynatrace through creative, value-oriented outreach.
- Engage with Technology Leaders and C-level executives to devise and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy that optimizes the value provided by Dynatrace, while positioning it against competitors.
- Accelerate market entry by establishing Dynatrace in new sectors through product demonstrations, industry events, and targeted initiatives.
- Build a robust network of contacts within designated accounts and channel partners to ensure broad and effective sales of Dynatrace solutions.
- Collaborate closely with assigned Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and generate new opportunities within your account portfolio.
- Work in tandem with various Dynatrace departments, including sales engineering, post-sales support, marketing, legal, and finance, to create and implement a solution strategy that addresses customer needs.
- Ensure the successful implementation of solutions for your clients.
