Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain business relationships with key clients
  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders
  • Set up and ongoing management of online programs
  • End-to-end project management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Handling multiple clients, programs, and projects at one time
  • Quality assurance of project deliverables
  • Assisting with development of marketing strategies for customers
  • Management and execution of program communication plans
  • Providing customer support
  • Attending regular client-facing meetings and providing valuable recommendations
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years experience as an account manager or account coordinator
  • Experience in a similar role within an agency or corporate environment
  • Ability to nurture and develop existing client opportunities and relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A go-getter who's happy to roll up their sleeves and thrive on being an all-rounder
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and program management
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
