Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain business relationships with key clients
- Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders
- Set up and ongoing management of online programs
- End-to-end project management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Handling multiple clients, programs, and projects at one time
- Quality assurance of project deliverables
- Assisting with development of marketing strategies for customers
- Management and execution of program communication plans
- Providing customer support
- Attending regular client-facing meetings and providing valuable recommendations
- At least 3+ years experience as an account manager or account coordinator
- Experience in a similar role within an agency or corporate environment
- Ability to nurture and develop existing client opportunities and relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A go-getter who's happy to roll up their sleeves and thrive on being an all-rounder
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and program management
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
