Build Meaningful Business Partnerships
We seek a seasoned business developer to join our commercial division in Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business and financial objectives.
- Drive growth through strategic partnerships, expanding share of wallet, and referrals.
- Collaborate with product specialists and stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals.
- Proactively manage credit and operational risks.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Can build long-term client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Has a strong understanding of commercial banking products.
- Can assess, advise, monitor, and/or approve clients' credit worthiness and risk.
- Can negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products.
- Possesses strong commercial acumen and can drive efficiency and create long-term value.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
