Hotel Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Supervisor to join our team at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Motivation: Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar supervisor role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
