The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge department in delivering high standards of service throughout our hotel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading the Concierge team to achieve luxury service excellence
  • Tending to guest requests and creating tailored experiences using local knowledge and industry connections
  • Ensuring brand standards and policies are met to deliver superior levels of service
  • Promoting hotel and local services to boost revenue and managing departmental finances effectively

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • High organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently
  • Proven team management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment or a luxury service role
