Luxury Hotel Operations Manager

A Night Manager position is now available at our luxury hotel.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight services.
- This role involves ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
- You will be responsible for effective communication of new and updated information regarding hotel policies, rates, and general information.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and managing cash transactions are also essential aspects of this job.
- Providing excellent customer service, training employees, and fostering a positive work environment are key responsibilities.
- Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Able to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management.
