Lead a Luxury Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual General Manager to lead a high-end hotel property in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Australian luxury hotel management and be fluent in Mandarin and English. They will oversee hotel operations, serve high-end clients, and manage the property with a business-focused mindset.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest service.
  • Host and build relationships with high-value clients, especially Chinese guests.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Guide sales, marketing, and revenue strategies targeting luxury and Chinese markets.
  • Mentor staff and maintain a culture of excellence.
Requirements

Chinese national or deeply familiar with Chinese culture and client expectations.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Australian PR or citizenship.

10+ years in luxury hotels, including 5+ years as Deputy GM / Operations Director / GM in a 5-star hotel in Australia.

Understanding of hotel asset management and ownership goals is a plus.
