Desktop Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Desktop Support Engineer.

This position requires strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and efficient desktop support services, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues, resolving problems promptly to maintain system functionality.
  • Manage Active Directory operations, including user account maintenance, password resets, and permission updates.
  • Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades, keeping equipment current and functional for user needs.
  • Support network connectivity, ensuring stable and secure access for all devices linked within the organization network.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other IT professionals to streamline processes and enhance the IT service delivery model.
  • Implement and support security measures, ensuring data protection and compliance with existing IT policies.
  • Document all procedures and troubleshooting steps accurately for future reference and process improvement.
