Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Business Solutions Specialist to provide high-level support to our National Credit & Funding Team. Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, you will be responsible for collections of monies owed to Konica Minolta in an important high-risk portfolio. You will work closely with our internal sales & customer service teams to provide high levels of customer service, resolving internal and external customer queries on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with customers
  • Identify and monitor accounts at potential risk and take proactive measures to mitigate any issues
  • Perform regular banking and allocations tasks to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Provide weekly reporting to stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Resolve disputes in a timely manner and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms and within an acceptable time frame

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in credit/collections or similar field
  • Strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • SAP experience (desired) to leverage our technology platform
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to engage and establish relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team's success
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
