Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Transformation Director - Business Process Excellence to join our team. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role oversees all aspects of national process improvement initiatives, user acceptance testing, and training for system enhancements. You will also be responsible for driving user adoption, collaborating with subject matter experts, process owners, and key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans and roadmaps for the national business process transformation function to align with organizational priorities and meet customer needs.
  • Analyze existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to leverage them more effectively.
  • Map out current workflows, identifying potential risks and areas for optimization.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and ensure seamless delivery of system enhancements, providing necessary training.
  • Create user stories, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Author procedures, technical documents, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Developers and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing business and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, able to facilitate operational and technical discussions.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools: Jira, Confluence (or similar), Monday.com, or Microsoft applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Salary and Benefits
