About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven National Manager Business Process Transformation to join our team Reporting to Head of IT, this role manages a small team and oversees all aspects of Konica Minolta Australia’s national process improvement initiatives, user acceptance testing and training for system enhancements. You will also be a driver of user adoption, working closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements and process.
Requirements
- Develop and implement business plans and roadmaps for the national business process transformation function to support organisational priorities and meet customer needs.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Analyse workflows and map out the existing process and identify any potential risks.
- Manage user acceptance testing and ensure the smooth delivery of system enhancements and provide system training if necessary.
- Create user stories, test cases and test scenarios.
- Write procedures, technical documents and training material.
- Work with Developers and external vendors to provide effective solutions.
- Lead national Business Process Transformation team, with a people-driven approach overseeing the day-to-day allocation of work and projects to ensure that appropriate support is provided, and team effectiveness is maintained.
Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary Qualification (Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the print/hardware industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business and process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate operational and technical discussions.
- Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools: (Jira, Confluence (or similar), Monday.com or similar, and other Microsoft applications i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
