This role plays a crucial part in growing Konica Minolta's market share of Production Print in a designated territory. The successful candidate will utilise professional sales and account management expertise to exceed revenue targets through new business opportunities and existing customer relationships. They will demonstrate a customer-centric approach, understanding customers' needs, and tailoring our integrated print management and software solutions to meet those requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in:

  • Establishing and maintaining multi-level relationships with nominated accounts and prospects
  • Collaborating with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts
  • Increasing revenue streams and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the Konica Minolta offering and vertical industries of assigned accounts
  • Maintaining and regularly updating CRM systems
  • Managing complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings, and quarterly business review meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Articulating solutions for tender responses
  • Developing action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities
  • Achieving revenue targets set for the area or portfolio
  • Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services
  • Proven business development and sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts
  • Demonstrable presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be qualified for this position, you should hold valid working rights for Australia and a valid driving licence. As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks.

Estimated salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
