About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and Content to join our team at Afterpay. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in enabling our sales and account management teams to succeed in their efforts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Enablement Strategies: Own the development of the Afterpay B2B positioning and value proposition, and create a suite of sales content to empower our sales teams.
  • Craft Compelling Sales Narratives: Work with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of the sales process, and develop narratives and sales content materials to effectively position the Afterpay proposition, differentiate our offering, and overcome objections.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, account management, B2B marketing, product, and data science teams to align enablement programs with business objectives, ensure consistent messaging, and address gaps.
  • Measure and Analyze Impact: Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives, using data to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Marketing: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2B marketing and sales enablement.
  • Deep Understanding of Sales Process: Deep understanding of the sales process, with experience working with enterprise deal cycles.
  • Strong Writing and Storytelling Skills: Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating compelling sales content and narratives.
  • Experience with Data and Insights: Experience working with data and insights to craft sales narratives and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Google Slides and PowerPoint Skills: Strong skills in Google Slides and PowerPoint, with attention to detail.
