As a Senior Manager, Sales Content and Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success at Square. Your expertise will empower our sales and account management teams to win with compelling narratives, insights, and sales content.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the Afterpay B2B positioning and value proposition
- Produce a suite of sales content to empower our sales teams
- Create compelling B2B brand storytelling
- Partner with sales, account management, and B2B marketing to align enablement programs with business objectives
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience providing support to sales and retention teams
- Deep understanding of the sales process
- Experience developing strategic messaging platforms, including brand positioning and value proposition frameworks
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience working with data and insights to craft sales narratives
