As a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and Content, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams to win with engaging narratives, insights, and sales content. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing the Afterpay B2B positioning and value proposition, creating a suite of sales content to equip our sales teams, and crafting compelling B2B brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic messaging platforms, including brand positioning and value proposition frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of the sales process and create narratives and sales content materials to effectively position the Afterpay proposition.
  • Own the creation of sales materials across various formats and channels, partnering with sales, account management, B2B marketing, and product teams to align enablement programs with business objectives.
  • Partner with data science, insights, research, and strategy teams to develop compelling insights and proof points that demonstrate the positive impact of Afterpay on merchant partners.
  • Ensure strong positioning and messaging of the Afterpay product suite to merchants.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing to support account-based marketing initiatives and partner with sales to build account-specific messaging strategies for Enterprise deal cycles.
  • Deploy our sales content platform, ensuring maintenance of sales materials and adoption of best-in-class enablement tools.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives, using data to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in B2B marketing providing support to sales and retention teams.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and experience with Enterprise deal cycles.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating customized RFP submissions and sales content.
  • Experience working with data and insights to craft sales narratives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to changing goals and objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

This role has one direct report and reports to the Director of B2B GTM.
