Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Novated Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating sales enablement programs and solutions, leveraging your analytical capabilities to drive sales effectiveness and overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver dynamic sales enablement experiences across various technologies and employee lifecycles.
  • Create high-quality sales enablement content, including learning snippets, online learning content, sales guides, FAQs, user guides, and best practices.
  • Coach and develop Novated Lease Consultants through performance analysis, trend spotting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and tools, and support the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing for system and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities, including metric analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with a focus on sales performance training.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • A passion for learning and development, with a focus on helping people achieve their best.
