Key Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for Partners and Executive Director.
    • Manage diaries, organize meetings, and prepare travel itineraries.
    • Process expense reports and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  2. General Administration
    • Perform word processing tasks, including reviewing and finalizing letters and reports.
    • Assist with document finishing tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and binding.
    • Manage firm catering requirements and process travel invoices.
Requirements
  1. At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent telephone manner and client service orientation.
  3. Well-presented and able to interact professionally at all times.
  4. PC literate, including advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Ability to manage areas of responsibility, take initiative, and work independently.
  6. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
