Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for Partners and Executive Director.
- Manage diaries, organize meetings, and prepare travel itineraries.
- Process expense reports and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- General Administration
- Perform word processing tasks, including reviewing and finalizing letters and reports.
- Assist with document finishing tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and binding.
- Manage firm catering requirements and process travel invoices.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent telephone manner and client service orientation.
- Well-presented and able to interact professionally at all times.
- PC literate, including advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage areas of responsibility, take initiative, and work independently.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Accurate spelling and typing.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to change priorities as required.
