We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and develop sales strategies
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in CRM systems
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network with market influencers, consultants, and partners
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales
- Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization
- Passionate about people and building relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills with creative thinking
- Able to multitask and shift priorities as needed
