Job Description

Seaview Christian College seeks an Administration Officer.

The successful candidate will share responsibility with the existing team for the Front Desk area, encompassing administrative and customer service activities, as well as first aid support to students.

  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors to the school
  • Manage internal and external communications, including telephone calls and emails
  • Coordinate deliveries and orders to the school
  • Assist with general administration tasks as required
  • Support student services, including first aid and recording of student data
