Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the Senior Payroll/Benefits Analyst with ongoing payroll and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate employee payroll/benefit files
  • Conducting New Employee Orientation, including welcoming new employees, presenting information, policies, paperwork, acknowledgement, and education
  • Providing timely and accurate payroll information to the Senior Payroll/Benefits Analyst
  • E nsuring compliance with all Labor Laws
  • Protecting confidential information, employees, prospective employees, and former employees per law and corporate requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess a high school diploma. Previous experience in payroll and benefits administration is preferred but not required.
