About the Role

We are seeking an Adoption Professional to take on this challenging opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product enablement, technical account management, or onboarding/implementation project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patch of customers for your product area, ensuring their adoption and impact stays high.
  • Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, and execute adoption playbooks to hit our CVS targets.
  • Drive Product Adoption by segmenting accounts into cohorts, crafting launch communications, leading light-touch rollouts, and building onboarding workflows and material in the product.
  • Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle.
  • Build scalable enablement material, including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, and Webinars.
