**Technical Enablement Specialist - Development, Implementation and support**

Our client is innovative and well-established AI & SAAS company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the customer success team to help answer any technical queries and provide guidance on product implementation, configuration, and best practices
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers
- Work with the frontend and backend team to address customer needs and bring new capabilities to the platform
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support customer enablement efforts.
- Provide proactive support by identifying customer challenges and recommending solutions, enhancements, or workarounds.
- Assist in the resolution of complex technical issues by troubleshooting, analysing logs, and working closely with internal teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform customer enablement strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in common scripting languages such as Javascript or Python.
- Solid DevOps and AWS skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
