Job Title: Enablement Professional

Snowflake is a rapidly growing company scaling its team to accelerate growth and innovation.

  • Act as a key enabler for account executives focused on acquisition and expansion selling.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of enablement programming based on global and local needs.
  • Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and Snowflake focus areas into consumable materials for sales teams.
  • Deliver strategic insights to stakeholders and drive collaboration on initiatives to close learning gaps.
  • Be seen as an expert in reaching sales teams and industry specialist audiences by creating and delivering global programs.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.
  • Be accountable for measuring and improving industry knowledge and skill gaps with innovative programming for the field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales engineering, and/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software in data cloud, data warehousing, data engineering, and/or data science.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in learning design and measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver quality deliverables.
  • Strong consultative skills, such as conducting discovery, creating solutions to problems, and facilitating workshops or learning opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment requiring strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, and results-oriented decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs arise.
