As a seasoned Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our APAC team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the intake process for new enablement requests, develop comprehensive project plans, and execute product-related enablement initiatives across APAC markets.

The Role
  • Develop structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities
  • Create detailed project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support
  • Implement effective project management methodologies, track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Facilitate regular communication with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates
Qualifications
  • Experience in product enablement, training, or related field supporting commercial functions
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement models
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and designing learning solutions
