Job Opportunity

This role is a key member of the APAC Enablement team, responsible for managing product-related enablement initiatives across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities
  • Create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support
  • Implement effective project management methodologies, track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates
  • Design product-specific learning architectures that reflect the sales process and customer engagement model
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for product enablement initiatives and report on effectiveness and business impact
  • Identify and pilot new approaches for product enablement delivery that improve knowledge retention and application in customer situations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in project management.
