Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business into our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that staff are trained and performing at their best.

You will play a key role in the success of our Reservations team, assisting with daily operations and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment and a proven track record of managing groups strategy implementation and quotations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Daily management of groups (business and leisure) strategy implementation and quotations
  • Experience with Opera Cloud, Excel, Microsoft desirable
  • Hotel loyalty program experience an asset
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands
