We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of payroll and HR functions, responsible for a comprehensive range of duties that include payroll processing, employee data management, and generalist HR administration.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. They will also be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritise their workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers, and access to our SEN Rewards platform for discounts and benefits.
