Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing end-to-end payroll functions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support generalist HR programs and recruitment services.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and provide reporting as required.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, preferably using Authority (Civica).
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in payroll processing.
  • A strong understanding of generalist HR programs and recruitment services within a government context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines.
