About the Role

Covetrus is a global animal health technology and services company dedicated to advancing the world of veterinary medicine. We are seeking an Administration professional with an interest in finance to join our Northgate team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, including distribution of invoices/statements and responding to internal and external finance queries.
  • Enter data into our ERP system.
  • Filing and archiving of completed payments.
  • Archiving of prior years payment batches via Grace storage portal.
  • Scanning and filing of approved Vendor Masterfile's.
  • Participate in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) auditing.
  • Participate in and record minutes for AP team monthly meetings.
  • Assist with documentation of AP processes.

About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year's experience in an administrative role in a high volume environment, preferably with some exposure to finance. You should have demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills when dealing with queries from external suppliers and/or internal stakeholders.
