Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic property team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, contributing to the effective management of property assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Property administration, such as managing the property asset register and lease renewals.
- Assisting with project administration by coordinating meetings, reconciling accounts, and maintaining project lists.
- Supporting governance processes by preparing reports and submissions.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Experience in property administration is highly desirable, as is proficiency in managing databases and document control. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential.
