Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to lead new business development efforts in the Australian hospitality sector. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Drive new business development efforts in the Australian hospitality sector
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including referrals, partnerships, and inbound inquiries
- Present tailored solutions from InnQuest's product suite to meet the unique needs of prospective clients
- Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress toward quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Collaborate with industry partners to drive awareness of InnQuest solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business
- Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences
About You:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly preferred but not essential
- A proven track record in direct sales experience within SaaS technology sales, software sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the hospitality or technology sector
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, a professional demeanor, and a high sense of urgency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software, e.g., Salesforce, and familiarity with property management systems is a plus
