Job Description

The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for leading a field sales team within a specified region, driving sales and member/supplier relationship activities to achieve budgeted targets and contribute to organisational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business legislation, particularly Trade Practices/Competition and Consumer Law (desirable).
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Software Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and meet demands, deadlines, and timeframes.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Business awareness, commercial acumen, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling credit products in the finance industry, preferably in vehicle, equipment, broking, or banking-related finance.
