About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Cisco IT.

As a Network Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing carrier services, leading projects, and managing one or more scrums in a fast-paced, high-impact agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Network Infrastructure service management, projects, and deliver using agile and formal techniques.
  • Manage carrier service provision, operation, and critical issues, including capacity management.
  • Understand high-level technical architecture and facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all customers.
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks and issues, track progress against achievements, deadlines, and budget.
About You

You will join Cisco IT's Core networking team, a global group of service managers, product managers, scrum masters, analysts, software engineers, and network engineers for delivery of enterprise network infrastructure.

This team is responsible for all global Core infrastructure along with all WAN connectivity from remote sites back to main campuses.

As a Network Infrastructure Manager at Cisco IT, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
