Network Infrastructure Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Director to join our team in Sydney.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Network Infrastructure Director, you will be responsible for leading key projects involving core operations, cloud services, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your extensive infrastructure experience to support and lead critical projects across core operations, cloud services, and networking.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining business continuity.
- Collaborate closely with IT team members, stakeholders, and vendors to align infrastructure initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of infrastructure investments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
- Ideal experience managing a small team across infrastructure
- Proficiency in virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
