Job Overview

This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and advancing strategic partnerships that drive Deel's Enterprise growth in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excel at building executive-level relationships, and have a deep understanding of the HCM technology ecosystem, including VARs and GSIs. They will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive Enterprise-sourced pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and activate key partnerships that support Enterprise segment expansion, encompassing HCM technologies, global GSIs, and regional VARs.
  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation.
  • Work seamlessly with the Enterprise APAC sales team to align partner efforts with priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets.
  • Support and scale co-selling motions, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment.
  • Leverage internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner performance, referral accuracy, and reporting.
  • Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution to Enterprise quota attainment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel role (Enterprise focus preferred).
  • A strong understanding of the HCM, ERP, consulting, or HR tech ecosystem, including experience working with partners like Oracle, SAP, Workday, and Deloitte.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting quota-carrying objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, global, or remote-first environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region.
