
Enterprise Partnership Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead strategic partnerships that drive growth for our Enterprise business across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and growing key partnerships that support our Enterprise segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM technology, HR Tech, and Workforce Management. They will be able to think strategically, build executive-level relationships, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and activating key partnerships that support Enterprise segment growth
- Managing partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation
- Working closely with the Enterprise APAC sales team to align partner efforts to priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets
- Supporting and scaling co-selling motions, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment
- Leveraging internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner performance, referral accuracy, and reporting
We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel role. Strong communication skills and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Experience working in a fast-growing, global, or remote-first environment is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A strong understanding of the HCM, HR Tech, and Workforce Management customers
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region
