We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive strategic partnerships across private healthcare networks and buying groups in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement enterprise-wide growth initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Drive revenue through strategic account management and partnership development.
- Design and execute sales strategies tailored to global and local objectives.
- Foster relationships with C-Suite executives to drive enterprise partnerships and growth.
- Lead, manage, and coach a seasoned team of Strategic Account Managers.
- Oversee all aspects of commercial contract negotiations, offer modeling, and deal execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent the business in strategic enterprise account reviews at regional and national levels.
- Bachelor's degree qualifications in Science, Business, or related fields.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech or related industries.
- Expertise in account development at the enterprise level.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
- Effective people leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required.
