Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales growth in assigned areas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
- Preparing and delivering product demonstrations and solution presentations to potential and existing customers;
- Participating in sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote Danfoss products and services;
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies;
- Cultivating effective long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Proven technical sales experience in acquiring new business and maintaining customer relationships;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders;
- A strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM;
- A current driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally;
