About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) division, where you will play a vital role in securing high-value clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for New Opportunities: Identify and approach businesses across the C&I sector, utilising cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach to expand your client base.
  • Develop Tailored Proposals: Create comprehensive tenders and commercial documents that highlight the value Cleanaway can bring to prospective clients.
  • Manage Complex Negotiations: Employ your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to finalise agreements and secure high-revenue contracts.
  • Focus on Strategic Growth: Analyse market trends and client needs to identify opportunities that align with Cleanaway's goals.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and aligning their needs with our services.
About You
  • You're a proactive, results-driven professional with a proven track record of generating new business and managing high-value accounts, ideally within the C&I space or similar industries.
  • You possess sales expertise, tendering and proposal development skills, a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
