Business Development and Growth Specialist

As a Business Development and Growth Specialist at Cement Australia, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities through existing and new customers. Your primary focus will be on working collaboratively with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- You will research and gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the waste or related industries. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
- You will be analytical and commercially aware, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex technical components of our business.
- You will be tenacious and driven, with a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
- You will be tertiary qualified in business, science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience and skills.
