About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and community-focused organization as a Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand and promote the organization's services across the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the organization's services and enhance the brand.
  • Content Creation: Create and edit a wide range of marketing materials, including media releases, annual reports, and online communications content.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the application of corporate branding and communications collateral throughout the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports on the outcomes of specific marketing campaigns and analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with library staff to promote services at external forums and events, and provide support and guidance on marketing and communications activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
