About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven and hands-on individual to join Lean Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is a hybrid position, with flexible work hours and the potential for full-time after an initial 3-month period.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, including email, direct mail, web, and social media.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Write, edit, and manage marketing content and copy for various channels, including social media, email, and website content.
  3. Marketing System Optimization: Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition, increasing customer lifetime value.
  4. Graphic Design and Marketing Materials: Design lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, and landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  5. Content Calendar Management: Develop a content plan, create, schedule, and analyze content, building high-value content assets and repurposing them across media channels.
  6. Tracking KPIs and Campaign Performance: Monitor key metrics related to marketing activities, performance of marketing campaigns, and initiatives, including website traffic, leads generated, and customer engagement.
  7. Project Management: Create and manage project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time.
  8. Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Results-Driven and Hands-On Individual: A self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent written and communication skills.
  2. Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Ability to create and manage high-quality marketing content and copy for various channels.
  4. Graphic Design and Marketing Materials: Proficiency in graphic design and ability to create marketing materials, including lead magnets, resources, and content.
  5. Project Management: Ability to create and manage project timelines and ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination: Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
