Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lean Marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and manage a CRM system
  • Write, schedule, and manage emails, automations, and workflows
  • Build out email marketing campaigns, sequences, and newsletters
  • Write and edit marketing content and copy for various channels
  • Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition
  • Optimize the customer experience and increase customer lifetime value
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, and landing pages
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and monitoring metrics
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance, including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, leads generated, and customer engagement
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time
  • Manage the company's website, including updating content, ensuring website functionality, and improving website performance
  • Coordinate marketing activities with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
  • Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships with other organizations to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent written skills and ability to craft compelling marketing copy
  • Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and technologies
  • Leadership potential and ability to manage a team of marketing assistants
  • Project management experience and ability to create and adhere to deadlines
  • Teachable and coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies
  • Self-starter with the ability to determine what needs to happen, when, and how
