Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals. As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Coordination: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products to businesses and clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain our Excel database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on clients and prospects.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
