About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering brand-driven marketing and communications activities that boost brand visibility and sentiment across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage the creation of high-quality, audience-focused content that adheres to best practice and the latest market and channels trends
  • Collaborate with internal staff, stakeholders, and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor marketing and communications tactical performance and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage creative development and ensure that activities are delivered on time, align with briefs, stay within budget, and to the highest quality
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, ideally in a digital, health promotion/agency setting with a focus on social media
  • Awareness of preventative mental health's role in youth development and eagerness to learn more
  • Experience managing external agencies throughout content development and marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, Power Point, Sketch, and Squarespace
  • Experience using technology and AI to support content creation and project management
  • Experience in creating reports, plans, presentations, and other marketing materials
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Asana, Hub Spot, and Squarespace
  • Experience with photography, animation, video production, and editing
  • Knowledge of accessible design principles and their application
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Communications, Copywriting, or Marketing
